Room Blocks have been reserved at the Lodge & Spa and Southern Pine Cottages.  You may make your reservation at the Lodge & Spa online HERE or by calling 844.602.4991 - Group Code: HomeTown23. To reserve cottages, you need to call in only (no online options) ROOM BLOCK EXPIRES ON OCTOBER 2nd!  

The conference is for members of HomeTown Health only. Any other attendees are by invitation only. If you wish to cancel your conference registration before October 1, 2023, HTH will provide a refund of the registration fee less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for registrations canceled after October 1st. If you register and cannot attend, another person from your organization may attend in your place. Hotel cancellation policies are different and apply separately.
