Note: Your partner dues must be up-to-date in order to attend. Dues must be paid by February 28th.

If you are registering with or under the number of prescribed attendees per level, please mark 'check' as your payment option upon registration. Your dues cover your registration and marking 'check' will bypass additional payment prompts. You will receive an invoice for applicable booth fees.

If any changes to your registration need to be made after initial completion, please contact Susan Wiese, [email protected] - this includes changes to what days you plan to attend, changes to booth needs, or changes in who will attend as a representative of your organization.

Each partner level provides a certain number of attendees:

Presidential - 5
Platinum - 4
Gold - 3
Silver - 2

Additional attendees above the allotment per level are $395 each.

Yes. The Convention Center has a booth fee charge of $110.

If you need access to power at your booth, the Convention Center has a power access charge of $110.

Total Booth Fee (without access to power): $110
Total Booth Fee (with power): $220

You will be invoiced for booth fees after your registration is submitted.

The Business Partner Exhibit Hall will be open for booth setup starting on Wednesday morning (April 17) from 9 am - 5 pm.

Booths may be taken down after the close of networking on Thursday evening, or on Friday morning. Please do not breakdown while hospital attendees are still engaged and activities are still in progress on Thursday evening.
