One of the issues that arose in terms of these closures is insolvency . Thus below are a few observations about insolvency and how it affects rural hospital stability. Upon you review, we will be glad to answer any questions that you may have. Clearly this does not affect all rural hospitals but there may be occasions that these comments are worth of study.
