Critical action must continue to be monitored and acted on. Continued protection steps must be taken and they include:

- Temperature testing must be conducted for employees coming and going throughout the day
- Facility lock down with only one controlled entrance is necessary
- Continuous disinfecting surfaces throughout the hospital is critical
- Suspect people for the virus must test regularly
- Hospitals must discourage gathering of 10 or more
