Information regarding Hospital Tax Credit usage

Reminder if you have not already forwarded this to me please do before EOB today.

Given:

1. Tax Credit program at $60 million
   1. Has been very successful
   2. Needs some cleanup on reporting
2. HomeTown is lobbying for increase to $100 million from $60 million Cap at 100% Tax Credit
3. HomeTown has been asked by several legislators “so what is the money being used for so we can know how well it is being used?”

Action item:

1. Please forward a list of the projects with descriptions and dollar amounts that your hospital expects to spend the money on using the attached schedule.
