- HomeTown has for the last thirteen years conducted policymaker tours out to your hospitals during the summer
- The purpose of these trips is
- to continue to educate legislators about rural health care issues in rural Georgia and
- to answer their questions so they may carry those impressions and answers back to the legislature for their consumption.
- For example, Chairman England’s has made 6 trips to the field thus he and many others have gained a tremendous education in rural health care.
- This first of three 2020 policymaker tours included hospital and CEO’s as follows:
