Christa Proper is the founder and CEO of Proper Connections, LLC.  She brings more than 30 years of technology industry leadership, telecommunication expertise and executive management experience to her role. Christa has served as a member of the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce board, OPASTCO’s CLEC committee, and the US Telecommunications Association.  She is also a past Board of Director of TANE (Telephone Association of New England).  Prior to starting her own company, Christa was Executive VP of CornerStone Telephone Company where she was responsible for business development, revenue assurance, and using technology solutions to solve business problems for enterprise customers.  She was general Manager and VP of Business Development for Richmond Telephone and Richmond Networx.  Christa’s strong leadership skills and her commitment to exceptional customer srvice helped grow Richmond to a multi-millon dollar company, prior to its sale to CornerStone. Christa brought a big-picture perspective to Richmond Telephone and Richmond NetWorx, which played a key role in Richmond’s growth.

Dylan Proper is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Proper Connections, LLC.  Prior to joining the family-owned and operated company, Dylan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Cortland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Dylan brings an innovative and progressive dynamic to the company having increased phone system sales by 100% in his first year.  He also oversees the rural healthcare division of the company, and has aggressively converted clients that participate in the FCC USAC program to consortiums.  As a result of his foresight and persistence, most clients have doubled their funding commitments.

Marci Proper is the Vice President of Sales/Marketing for Proper Connections, LLC.  Prior to joning the family business, Marci graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Phoenix.  Marci previously worked for Fairview Hospital as the Financial Coordinator/Patient Advocate and assisted in managerial duties.  She was responsible for financial reporting, insurance verification, marketing programs, applicant screening, and patient admissions to healthcare programs and facilities by maintaining hospital guidelines.  Marci brings a drive, enthusiasm, and a level of healthcare knowledge to the company that is exceeded by none.  She has reorganized the company’s website, launched social media campaigns and increased digital sales by 100%
