The conference is for members of HomeTown Health only. Any other attendees are by invitation only. If you wish to cancel your conference registration before March 19, 2021, HTH will provide a refund of the registration fee less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for registrations canceled after March 19th. If you register and cannot attend, another person from your organization may attend in your place. Hotel cancellation policies are different and apply separately.
