DSH & UPL Update

From what we hear under the Gold Dome and Two Peachtree:

1. Many of you have asked for updates in DSH and nursing home UPL distribution.

Facts:

1. Hospital DSH should have paid by now. If not,  not later than June 30 all IGT’s should be complete.
2. Hospital Nursing Home UPL
   1. Should be paid by July 1, 2019 also but may be a day late due to mail
3. Lateness on both may be a result of insufficient or incorrect rural hospital banking information

Recommendation:

1. Have all Hospital’s banking transfer information verified with DCH at least one month prior  to anticipated distribution for both UPL and DSH
2. CEO personally validate any reports or surveys requiring attestations
