- Since everyone probably knows how to use the text feature on their smartphone, make sure to go ahead and set up a “group text” to communicate quickly, providing updates in real-time
- What is a group text?
- It is a text that can be sent to a number of people. The best way is to keep it to subject matter focused and limited to a small number affected by the subject and/or able to make decisions on the subject matter, not more than 10-15 recipients. Examples include,
- C-suite personnel so as to avoid disruption finding these people in the hospital or out and about
- Business office personnel to constantly share questions and information without having to leave your desk
- Community leadership to instantly update this special group without having to make phone calls and should include:
