Please plan to arrive for set up on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 beginning at 10:00am. We will have a Networking Reception beginning at 5:00pm-6:00pm with the opportunity to take hospital attendees to dinner afterwards. Please indicate on the registration form if you are willing to sponsor a dinner and you will be contacted with more information, prior to arrival at the conference. On Wednesday, we will have a Networking Reception at 5:00pm-6:00pm, followed by dinner and activity at the hotel. On Thursday, there will be no networking activities. You may check out and depart on Thursday morning to get back to your offices/homes. 
Room Blocks have been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn for our group. The group rate is $119.00 per night.

Please note the following details pertinent to the event.

  • Booth set-up begins on Tuesday, September 19 at 10am.
  • Your booth specifications will be assigned according to the information you provide.  Please enter the information at the bottom of the registration form regarding your booth needs.
  • Dress is Business Casual.
  • Your business partner dues must be up-to-date in order to attend.  YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE IF YOUR DUES ARE NOT CURRENT!
  • Attendees allowed at no additional charge, per level:
    • Presidential – 5
    • Platinum – 4
    • Gold – 3
    • Silver – 2
    • Additional attendees over and above your level limit are $395.00 each.
