Spouses are welcome to attend – $150 each NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION FEE: $525 per person

The conference is for members of HomeTown Health only. Any other attendees are by invitation only. If you wish to cancel your conference registration before September 18, 2020, HTH will provide a refund of the registration fee less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for registrations canceled after September 18th. If you register and cannot attend, another person from your organization may attend in your place. Hotel cancellation policies are different and apply separately.
