Course Description:- During the second webinar on Direct Data Entry, Dale will demonstrate the proper way to status a Medicare claim. He will review how to determine when a Medicare claim will process or deny, and students will learn how to recognize the reason for denials. Since most denials are connected to incorrect keying of claims, Dale will also review the steps for properly keying a claim directly into the DDE system.

In this last webinar, Dale will provide students with the proper and timely procedures for correcting claims that are returned. He will also review claims adjustment online.
